We want you to be happy with Pro. Because the free tier lets you try the full studio before paying, please evaluate it first.
If you are not satisfied with a new Pro subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll issue a full refund of that charge.
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date from the billing portal to avoid the next charge; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
Email official.abuhafs@gmail.com from your account email with your receipt or subscription details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights). Where those grant stronger protections, they apply.
