This Privacy Policy explains how Recitation Reverb Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Recitation Reverb Studio (the “Service”) at premiumsite.space.

1. Our privacy-first design

The Studio processes audio entirely inside your browser. Recording, effects, analysis, and export all run on your device. Your audio files are not uploaded to our servers as part of normal use. If you use an optional Pro “cloud save” feature, only the projects you explicitly choose to save are transmitted and stored (see §4).

2. Information we collect

• Account data (if you create one): email address and authentication identifiers, handled by our auth provider (Supabase).
• Billing data (if you subscribe): handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Saved projects (Pro cloud save, optional): your settings/presets and any audio you choose to upload.
• Usage & diagnostics: privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics and error reports to improve the Service.
• Waitlist: an email address you submit voluntarily.

3. How we use information

• To provide, secure, and improve the Service;
• To process subscriptions and send transactional emails (receipts, resets);
• To respond to support requests;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Storage & processors

We rely on trusted sub-processors: Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Supabase Auth email (transactional email), and no third-party analytics provider. Each processes data under its own terms and appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use only what is necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences, plus optional privacy-friendly analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your saved projects from our systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact official.abuhafs@gmail.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
